Bring us finished, print-ready artwork and buy only the linear footage your job requires. We handle wide-format printing, Series 3170 lamination and eligible contour kiss cutting—without you needing to own a printer, laminator, cutter, ink inventory or full rolls of media.
Where 4600LX Fits
4600LX is the middle tier in our Arlon lineup: step up from 510GTX when the job needs professional fleet or partial-vehicle performance, but use SLX+ when a demanding full wrap requires deep-channel and compound-curve conformability.

Series 3170 Cast Laminate Included
Every 4600LX order is laminated. Choose gloss for a bright finish or matte for a smooth low-glare appearance. Series 3170 adds a thin, conformable protective layer over the printed graphic.
Low-Profile X-Scape Air Release
Arlon's low-profile X-Scape air-egress liner helps trapped air escape during installation. The repositionable light-gray adhesive assists with placement and opacity.
Print-Ready Ordering
- Upload production-ready artwork at final size.
- Select the required linear footage and laminate finish.
- For contour cutting, include a true vector contour-cut path/stroke and note that kiss cutting is required.
- We review the production file and can send a proof when required.
- We print, laminate and complete eligible kiss cutting.
Precision Print + Cut
Eligible contour-cut work is finished on our professional 64-inch Graphtec FC9000-160 using registration-mark alignment for accurate print-and-cut production.
Cut-ready sheet limit: 52 × 96 inches, or 8 linear feet per individual cut-ready sheet. Longer orders are available print-only or may be supplied as separate eligible cut-ready sheets.
Artwork Checklist
- Build artwork at final size.
- Use high-resolution artwork and outline fonts.
- For contour cutting, supply a print-ready PDF or EPS with a true vector contour-cut path at the exact finished cut location.
- Do not flatten or rasterize the cut path.
- State in the order notes that kiss cutting is required.

Production scope: Printing, Series 3170 lamination and eligible kiss cutting are included. Large Format cutting is kiss-cut only. Design correction, weeding, transfer masking, individual trimming and installation are not included. Finished orders are rolled into a tube. Local pickup only; shipping is not available for this product.
