Custom Printed Arlon DPF 4600LX Vinyl — 52 in Wide
Step up to a more durable, outdoor-ready vinyl built for commercial graphics that need to work harder and last longer. Your artwork is printed in-house on Arlon DPF 4600GLX at 52 inches wide by the length you select, making this middle-tier film an excellent choice for fleet decals, trailer graphics, partial vehicle wraps, wall graphics, windows, panels, and medium-term signage.
Choose Your Finish
- Unlaminated: Printed directly on gloss Arlon DPF 4600GLX. Choose this for protected installations, short-to-medium projects, or jobs where you will apply your own approved overlaminate.
- Gloss Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3220 gloss cast overlaminate for a bright finish, added UV resistance, and stronger abrasion and handling protection.
- Matte Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3220 matte cast overlaminate for a smooth, low-glare finish with added UV, abrasion, and handling protection.
Arlon lists Series 3220 as an approved overlaminate for DPF 4600LX. Printed eco-solvent graphics are allowed to outgas as needed before cold lamination; Arlon recommends 24–48 hours of drying before laminating.
Built for Outdoor, Fleet, and Commercial Graphics
DPF 4600LX is the middle level between promotional vinyl and a premium cast wrap film. It offers more outdoor durability and installation flexibility than entry-level calendered media while remaining a cost-conscious choice for flat panels and simple-to-moderate curves.
- Fleet and vehicle decals
- Flat vehicle sides and partial wraps
- Box trucks, vans, work vehicles, and smooth trailer panels
- Interior and exterior wall graphics on suitable smooth surfaces
- Window graphics and general commercial signage
- Real-estate signs, POP displays, trade-show graphics, and equipment branding
Low-Profile X-Scape Air Release
The lay-flat liner uses Arlon's low-profile X-Scape air-egress technology to help trapped air escape during installation. This makes positioning easier, reduces bubbles, and leaves a smoother, more paint-like printed surface with less visible air-channel texture. The light-gray adhesive is repositionable during installation and helps provide opacity over existing graphics or darker substrates.
Two Ways to Submit Artwork
- Use the Gang Sheet Builder — print only: Arrange and duplicate artwork inside the 52-inch-wide sheet area. Use the builder when you want to maximize the purchased area and do not need contour cut lines.
- Upload a cut-ready file — print and kiss cut: For contour cutting, upload an AI, EPS, or PDF containing a true vector stroke positioned exactly where the plotter should cut. Do not use the builder for orders that require cut lines. Kiss cutting is available on sheets up to 8 linear feet long.
Cutting Service
We can kiss cut as many graphics as fit within an eligible sheet. A kiss cut passes through the printed vinyl while leaving the backing liner intact, making the product ideal for grouped fleet decals, equipment labels, and large sticker sheets.
- Vector contour paths are required for kiss cutting.
- Raster, flattened, or image-only cut lines cannot be used by the plotter.
- We do not perf cut through the backing liner.
- We do not weed excess vinyl.
- We do not apply transfer tape or masking.
- Individual decals are not separated from the sheet.
