Custom Printed Arlon DPF 510GTX Vinyl — 52 in Wide

Get fast-turnaround, full-color large-format vinyl at 52 inches wide by the length you select. Fill the purchased area with one large graphic, multiple decals, logos, labels, or any combination that fits. We print your artwork in-house on Arlon DPF 510GTX using professional eco-solvent production.

Sold by the linear foot: Each linear foot is 52 × 12 inches, or approximately 4.33 square feet of printable area. The minimum order is 1 linear foot. Custom lengths are rounded up to the next whole linear foot, with printing available up to 50 linear feet (52 × 600 inches).

Choose Your Finish

  • Unlaminated: Printed directly on gloss Arlon DPF 510GTX. This is the most economical choice for short-term graphics and applications that do not need added surface protection.
  • Gloss Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3510 gloss overlaminate for added abrasion and handling protection with a bright, glossy appearance.
  • Matte Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3510 matte overlaminate for added abrasion and handling protection with a smooth, low-glare appearance.

For laminated orders, the eco-solvent print is allowed to outgas as needed before the matching pressure-sensitive overlaminate is applied.

Two Ways to Submit Artwork

  1. Use the Gang Sheet Builder — print only: Arrange and duplicate artwork inside the 52-inch-wide sheet area. The builder is ideal when you want to maximize the space and do not need contour cut lines.
  2. Upload a cut-ready file — print and kiss cut: For contour cutting, upload an AI, EPS, or PDF containing a true vector stroke positioned exactly where the plotter should cut. Do not use the builder for orders that require cut lines. Kiss cutting is available on sheets up to 8 linear feet long.

Cutting Service

8-foot maximum for kiss cutting: To retain cutter tracking and registration accuracy, contour kiss cutting is available only on sheets up to 52 × 96 inches. Sheets longer than 8 linear feet are available as print-only orders.

We can kiss cut as many graphics as will fit within an eligible sheet. A kiss cut passes through the printed vinyl while leaving the backing liner intact, making this product ideal for large sticker sheets and grouped decals.

  • Vector contour paths are required for kiss cutting.
  • Raster, flattened, or image-only cut lines cannot be used by the plotter.
  • We do not perf cut through the backing liner.
  • We do not weed excess vinyl.
  • We do not apply transfer tape or masking.
  • Individual decals are not separated from the sheet.

You will receive the printed sheet with any valid kiss cuts completed. Weeding, masking, separating, and installation are the customer's responsibility.

Printed service life varies with ink coverage, lamination, exposure, surface preparation, installation, cleaning, and environmental conditions. DPF 510GTX is a promotional calendered film and is not intended as a full vehicle-wrap film or for demanding compound curves.

Artwork Checklist

  • Build artwork at final size and keep every element inside the purchased sheet area.
  • Use high-resolution artwork for clean output.
  • For contour cutting, upload AI, EPS, or PDF with a vector stroke at the exact finished cut path.
  • Do not flatten or rasterize the cut path.
  • Outline fonts and embed linked artwork before uploading.
  • Review size, spelling, color, orientation, and cut-path placement before submitting.

Production scope: We provide printing, the selected lamination finish, and kiss cutting on sheets up to 8 linear feet when a valid vector cut path is supplied. Design correction, weeding, transfer masking, perf cutting, individual trimming, and installation are not included. Finished orders are rolled into a tube. Local pickup only; shipping is not available for this product.
