You bring the finished artwork. We provide the wide-format production equipment. There is no need to buy an entire roll of media, a printer, laminator, cutter, ink, or take on equipment maintenance just to sell large-format graphics.

  1. Prepare your artwork: Upload a print-ready PDF, EPS or other accepted production-ready file at final size.
  2. Choose your length: 510GTX is sold by the linear foot at 52 inches wide.
  3. Need contour cutting? Add a true vector contour-cut path/stroke at the exact finished cut line and tell us in the order notes that the file requires kiss cutting.
  4. We review the job: Cut-ready files are checked for production and a proof can be sent before the job is processed when required.
  5. We print and finish it: Your graphics are printed and eligible files are precision kiss cut, leaving the backing liner intact.
Sticker Sheet Important: Sticker/decal gang sheets are kiss cut only. The contour cut goes through the vinyl but does not cut through the backing liner, so all stickers remain together on the gang sheet. Individual die-cut/perf-cut stickers are not available from this gang-sheet product.

Precision Print + Cut on Graphtec FC9000

Contour-cut work is finished on our professional 64-inch Graphtec FC9000-160. Graphtec's ARMS registration-mark system is designed to align contour cuts to printed graphics for accurate print-and-cut production. This makes 510GTX a strong option for decal sheets, cut logos, labels, sign faces and other custom-shaped adhesive graphics.

Cut-ready sheet limit: 52 × 96 inches. Kiss cutting is available on individual sheets up to 8 linear feet / 96 inches. Longer orders are available print-only or can be supplied as separate eligible cut-ready sheets.

What Is a Kiss Cut?

A kiss cut follows your supplied vector contour line through the printed vinyl while leaving the release liner intact. Multiple logos, decals or custom shapes remain together on one convenient sheet until they are peeled and applied.

Where 510GTX Fits in the Arlon Lineup

510GTX is our economical option for indoor signs, stickers, decals, labels, yard-sign graphics, POP graphics, window graphics and other smooth flat-surface applications. It is not positioned here as a vehicle-wrap material. For fleet graphics and partial wraps, move up to 4600LX + Series 3170. For full vehicle wraps and demanding contours, choose SLX+ + Series 3170.

Choose Your Finish

  • Unlaminated: Lowest-cost option for appropriate short-term graphics that do not need added surface protection.
  • Gloss Laminate: Series 3510 gloss for added abrasion and handling protection with a bright finish.
  • Matte Laminate: Series 3510 matte for added protection with a smooth low-glare finish.
Sold by the linear foot: Each linear foot is 52 × 12 inches, approximately 4.33 square feet. Minimum order is 1 linear foot, with lengths available up to 50 feet.

File Setup for Contour Cutting

  • Build artwork at final production size.
  • Use high-resolution artwork and outline fonts.
  • For contour cutting, supply a print-ready PDF or EPS containing a true vector contour-cut path/stroke at the exact finished cut location.
  • Do not flatten or rasterize the cut path.
  • Keep the contour path separate and clearly identifiable.
  • State in your order notes that the file requires kiss cutting.
  • Individual cut-ready sheets may be up to 52 × 96 inches.
  • Sticker gang sheets cannot be die/perf cut through the backing; kiss cut only.

Local pickup only; shipping is not available for this product.
