Can I upload a 240-inch or 400-inch gang sheet?
Yes. Pro Vault limits storage by file size, not inches or pixel dimensions. The original file remains intact even when an extremely large file cannot display a thumbnail.
Does Pro Vault replace emailing artwork?
Yes for supported product ordering. Choose or upload the file on the product page, and it attaches to the order through a secure Pro Vault reference.
What happens when my membership ends?
Your account returns to the 250 MB Crafter allowance. The newest files that fit remain available; files above that allowance are locked and retained for one calendar year.
Can Fresh Prints help with a file?
Authorized staff can securely view and download files when helping with production, replacements, or artwork corrections.
