Choose Your Finish

• Unlaminated: Printed directly on gloss Arlon SLX+ cast wrap film. Choose this only when you will apply your own compatible cast overlaminate or the graphic is being used for a suitable protected purpose.
• Gloss Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3270 gloss cast overlaminate for premium gloss, added dimensional stability, UV resistance, and abrasion protection.
• Matte Laminate: Finished with Arlon Series 3270 matte cast overlaminate for a smooth low-glare appearance with premium conformability and protection.

Arlon recommends Series 3270 for SLX Cast Wrap performance and lists it for demanding applications including deep channels, rivets, and compound curves. Eco-solvent prints are allowed to outgas as needed before cold lamination.

Made for Premium Full Wraps

SLX+ is a 2-mil premium cast film designed to conform where calendered vinyl reaches its limit. Its low-profile FLITE Technology air-egress liner provides light initial contact, allowing large printed panels to float, slide, and reposition before firm squeegee pressure activates the bond.

FLITE Technology

Arlon's FLITE Technology combines low initial contact with air-egress channels so installers can align large panels with less premature grabbing and fewer trapped-air problems. Once firm pressure is applied, the adhesive develops the long-term bond needed for complex vehicle surfaces. The light-gray adhesive also provides strong opacity over many existing colors and graphics.

Two Ways to Submit Artwork

1. Use the Gang Sheet Builder — print only: Arrange and duplicate artwork inside the 52-inch-wide sheet. Use the builder for print-only graphics that do not require contour cut lines.
2. Upload a production-ready file: Upload a complete AI, EPS, or PDF layout. For contour cutting, the file must contain a true vector stroke positioned exactly where the plotter should cut. Do not use the builder for orders requiring cut paths.

Full vehicle wraps: Supply professionally prepared, correctly scaled panel layouts with the required overlaps, bleed, orientation, and installer allowances. Vehicle measurement, templating, panel design, color correction, installation planning, and installation are not included.

Cutting Service

8-foot maximum for kiss cutting: To retain plotter tracking and registration accuracy, contour kiss cutting is available only on individual sheets up to 52 × 96 inches. Longer sheets are print-only unless the order is separated into individual cut-ready sheets no longer than 8 feet.

• Proper vector contour paths are required.
• Raster, flattened, or image-only cut lines cannot be plotted.
• We do not perf cut through the backing liner.
• We do not weed excess vinyl.
• We do not apply transfer tape or masking.
• Individual decals are not separated from the sheet.

Printed service life varies with ink system, lamination, color, orientation, exposure, maintenance, surface preparation, installation, and geographic conditions. Horizontal surfaces such as roofs and hoods receive more UV and environmental exposure than vertical surfaces.

Professional Installation Guidance

This is professional wrap film intended for properly prepared, sound OEM paint and other manufacturer-approved surfaces. Thorough cleaning, correct tension management, edge treatment, and post-heating are essential. Arlon's SLX installation guidance calls for stretched areas, channels, edges, and seams to be post-heated to the specified film temperature. Installation should be performed by an experienced vehicle-wrap professional.

Artwork Checklist

• Build artwork at final production size and keep all elements inside the purchased area.
• Use high-resolution artwork and outline fonts.
• Include proper bleed, panel overlap, vehicle orientation, and installation allowances.
• For contour cutting, supply AI, EPS, or PDF with a true vector stroke at the exact finished cut path.
• Do not flatten or rasterize the cut path.
• Review size, spelling, color, panel direction, and cut-path placement before submission.

Production scope: We provide eco-solvent printing, the selected Series 3270 lamination finish, and kiss cutting on eligible sheets when a valid vector cut path is supplied. Design correction, vehicle templates, panel setup, color matching, installation, weeding, transfer masking, perf cutting, and individual trimming are not included. Finished orders are rolled into a tube. Local pickup only; shipping is not available for this product.
