Where SLX+ Fits

SLX+ is the top vehicle-wrap tier in our Arlon lineup. Choose 510GTX for economical sign and decal graphics, 4600LX + Series 3170 for fleet decals and partial wraps on flat to moderately curved surfaces, and SLX+ + Series 3170 when the installation requires true cast-film conformability.

Series 3170 Cast Laminate Included

Every SLX+ order is laminated with Series 3170. Choose gloss for a bright high-impact finish or matte for a smooth low-glare appearance. The cast overlaminate keeps the finished construction thin and conformable while adding protection.

FLITE Technology

SLX+ uses Arlon's FLITE Technology for low initial contact and air egress, helping large panels slide and reposition during alignment before firm squeegee pressure develops the final bond.

Print-Ready Ordering

1. Upload professionally prepared artwork at final production size.
2. Select the required linear footage and laminate finish.
3. For eligible contour cutting, include a true vector contour-cut path and note that kiss cutting is required.
4. We review the production file and can send a proof when required.
5. We print, laminate and finish the production-ready graphics.

Full vehicle wraps: Supply correctly scaled panel layouts with required bleed, overlaps, orientation and installer allowances. Vehicle measurement, templating, panel design and installation are not included.

Precision Print + Cut

Eligible contour-cut work is finished on our professional 64-inch Graphtec FC9000-160 using registration-mark alignment for accurate print-and-cut production.

Cut-ready sheet limit: 52 × 96 inches, or 8 linear feet per individual cut-ready sheet.

Artwork Checklist

• Build artwork at final production size.
• Use high-resolution artwork and outline fonts.
• Include appropriate bleed, panel overlap and installation allowances.
• For contour cutting, supply a PDF or EPS with a true vector cut path.
• Review size, spelling, color and panel direction before submission.

Production scope: Printing, Series 3170 lamination and eligible kiss cutting are included. Large Format cutting is kiss-cut only. Design correction, vehicle templates, panel setup, color matching, installation, weeding, transfer masking and individual trimming are not included. Finished orders are rolled into a tube. Local pickup only; shipping is not available for this product.
