HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pressure Setting Set the heat press to firm pressure.
2. For synthetic or polyester fabrics, set the temperature to 385-400F° 
3. Press the transfer to fabric for 45-60seconds.
4. Peel while still hot, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.
